We started getting Bern Helmets when our little one was 2. They look cool and fit well and stay on correct. Many helmets shift all around and honestly are about as good at keeping your kid safe as TSA is at keeping airlines safe. But these helmets are the real deal. Our 11 year old is now in his 3rd one and he just beefed it so hard landing head first when he flew over the handle bars. His helmet took it like a champ and this would have definitely been a hospital visit if he wasn’t wearing it or if he wore one that shifted out of place once on. He said the impact was absorbed just like it’s supposed to and didn’t hurt his head at all. Highly recommended these helmets. He uses it for Bikes, scooters and skateboarding. Also the visor is great for the sun.
